Processing of personal data

 

IM France records the personal data, including first name, last name and email address, of administrators and any other contact person/individuals within the school. However, personal information about students is not mandatory. This information is only recorded if it is provided by the school.

 

Use of personal data

 

The personal data (first name, surname) of pupils is used to enable a teacher to assign books to a list of pupils. Students' and teachers' email addresses are used to send a link to choose a new password in case you forget your password. The email address of the administrators is used to inform about news on the SONDO platform.

 

Secure data storage

 

Personal data is only used by IM France's officers and employees in charge of its tasks. It may be passed on to companies in the group of which IM France is a part and to IM France's co-contractors who may be involved in its tasks. Thus, we remain in control of and responsible for your personal data at all times.

 

Data retention and deletion

 

IM France retains the personal data of directors for the duration of the contract and those of other individuals for a period of three years after the end of the contract. IM France then keeps in intermediate archives the personal data necessary to exercise a right and to prove this right for the duration of the applicable limitation periods or by virtue of the legal obligations to which it is subject.

 

SONDO App

 

Through their SONDO account, students can access all the textbooks and literature they have studied in class, in a version that can be adapted and personalised to their needs. The platform is accessible on all digital media: smartphone, tablet and computer, in order to best support the pupil in his or her learning and help him or her develop autonomy. Access to the SONDO platform is open to all pupils attending member schools.
